Memorial Park
Memorial Park of the Revolution in Prilep was built in 1961 in honor of fallen fighters in the People's Liberation War, a project by the famous architect Bogdan Bogdanovic. The Memorial Park of the Revolution is composed of: Avenue of national heroes with statues of the ten dead heroes, Flower alley, and path leading to a common grave, crypt.In one section there are raised marble urns, similar to the ancient. The largest urn with a symbol of eternal flame represents insubordinate of the Macedonian people. The second part is the common grave-crypt; where in the marble slabs there are written the names of fallen soldiers, who have passed life for the liberation of Macedonia.
