The sarma is a very small size, about 1 cm. and it is delicious, so that you could eat your fingers with it. For the Saints day, the Prilep woman makes about 500 sarmas. These sarmas caused the city of Prilep to gain recognition of Guinness. In 2008, Prilep women volunteers prepared 80,000 sarmas, one for each citizen of Prilep.
Turli tava, a popular Macedonian dish, favorite for the summer, with extremely good taste. The preparation is not easy, but it is worth!
